The CLARExchange Forum is hosted by the University of Zambia (UNZA) in partnership with the Climate Adaptation and Resilience (CLARE) Programme. The inaugural in-person event, CLARExchange 2025, took place in Lusaka from May 6 to 9, 2025.

The official launch of the MECHANICS project, a groundbreaking partnership between UK, South African, and Zambian institutions (Met Office, CSAG, UNZA) using advanced high-resolution climate modeling to address urban flooding challenges in Lusaka's vulnerable informal settlements.
